Overall really happy, pay great attention to details- cleans are always fantastic and they’ve never missed a clean (even though we had a few issues with the management company not sending dates to the office! ) the only reason my review is 4 stars and not 5 stars is that we’ve had a few issues with laundry, although after speaking with Claire I understand that this was outsourced and they have a plan to rectify, in fairness to Welcome Team they went out of their way to try and fix the laundry issue before guests arrived. I would definitely recommend this company to any host looking for someone to look after their cleaning and laundry. The start of the contract with The Welcome Team was positive. Whilst they are quite costly, I was impressed with the attention to detail and support they gave. Unfortunately that value for money has since disappeared. They are not happy to listen to feedback, their attention to detail is very poor and they try and charge you for work that either wasn't done or isn't up to standard. Lydia has failed to pay her invoices, hence the breakdown in the relationship. Her 1 star review was left on 22nd July - the date we informed her that the outstanding invoice would be progressed to the next stage of debt collection. If you can't afford our services you should have stopped using them.

We moved our cottage over to the welcome team in April 2021, I have been very impressed. The ladies in the office are very helpful and informative, we've had 3 or 4 cleaners and each of them come equiped and ready, they crack on and get the job done We had a problem with a faulty tap - they let me know and arranged for this to be fixed before the guests arrived later that day.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2017, although the limited company was formed 2019. We started with just 3 team members and now have 25. We cover the majority of Derbyshire and the boarder of Staffordshire.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes we do, however if the client has their own hoover and mop we will use these and clean them after use. We use a range of materials, including; Clean Living environmentally friendly materials (using no harsh chemicals) but we also have a range of household materials if you prefer us to use these.
What do you love most about your job?
the reviews! I love it when an owner or a guests sends in a review saying how clean the property was. We've worked with some of our clients since 2017 and they often recommend us to friends. I also love the team we have - every one of the team members are dedicated, professional and lovely to work with!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I couldn't find a housekeeping company for myself - I wasn't looking for someone who could just clean, I wanted full housekeeping. So I saw the gap in the market and started my own company.
Why should our clients choose you?
All of our team members are fully trained in housekeeping, we specalise in holiday cottages where nothing can be missed and standards must be the highest possible. We continue this ethos with domestic housekeeping too.
